On February 4, 2021, Tara Vasdani joined Maya Hamou - Attorney General in New Brunswick and Barbara Kincaid, General Counsel at the Supreme Court of Canada to discuss technology in the Courts, and in your Office.
Case efficiency and streamlined litigation practices remain the crux of access to justice. Barbara and Tara had a blast sharing their perspectives on both the SCC’s adoption of technology during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond, and Tara's own use of legal tech in practice management, and effective client service.
